The Self-Study Program enrolls you into the full program, the only difference is you don’t get access to the Live Zoom training sessions. This makes it suitable for those who would like to study at their own time, have unpredictable work schedules, and prefer to practice the technique privately at their own time or can't commit to the set Zoom classes.
The Interactive Program has all the same inclusions as Self-Study, with the added benefit of Live Zoom training sessions, where you get a chance to practice the technique in a group Zoom class setting, and get on the spot feedback from the trainers and have your questions answered. It is a perfect option for those who prefer more hands-on form of training and plenty of interaction.

You should either have a certificate or diploma, or be enrolled in a registered course and studying to get you a qualification.
